Brokerage split

The split new deals start with, so what you keep is worked out without entering it every time. A deal can still have its own.

If your brokerage stops taking its share once it has been paid a set amount in a year, enter it here. The Income card then counts each closing toward the cap, in date order, and shows you keeping 100% once it is reached. Per-deal fees still apply.

Deadline email

A short email of what is overdue and what is coming up across your open deals: addresses, dates and what is due, never client names or prices. Nothing is sent on a day with nothing due.

Weekly business summary. Every Monday at that hour: your pipeline, what closes in the next two weeks, what closed last week, who to follow up with, and your year so far (kept, expenses, profit). Addresses and totals only, never client names.

Email drafts at milestones

Your Apps Script prepares a Gmail draft to your client when an offer is accepted, when a deal goes firm, a week before closing, and when it closes. Nothing is sent: each one waits in your Gmail Drafts for you to read, change and send. It is addressed to the client when their contact on the Contacts page has an email.

Delete your account

This permanently removes, from this dashboard:

your transactions and their dates;
client share links, which stop working immediately;
the connection to your Apps Script project, and its dashboard token;
your sign-in, on every device.

It does not touch anything in your own accounts: Gmail labels and filters, Drive folders, Calendar events, your Apps Script project and any Notion database stay exactly as they are. To remove the Apps Script project too, delete it from your Google account.

There is no undo. Download your data first if you might want it.
